2012 Great Lakes Lighthouse Festival

October 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th

The four day event provides activities for the young and old including lighthouse tours (aerial, boat or personal vehicle), entertainment, and vendors.  The festival boasts over 100 maritime related vendors including lighthouse preservation groups, artists, authors and more.

Although the main site of activities occur at Alpena's APLEX Event Center, 701 Woodward Avenue, Alpena, MI., many additional activities are held throughout the community.  From Tawas to Mackinaw, lighthouses will be open for tours and visits!
